Subject to general control of the General Body and the restrictions imposed in these presents the Executive Committee shall be the Governing Body of the Association and shall excersie all such powers and do shall acts as may be necessary in furtherance of the aims and objects of the Association and for the internal management of the Association and the regulation of its activities as they shall think proper provided such as action is not inconsistent with the Memorandum of Association or the Rules and Regulations or any directions that may have been given by any General Body Meeting.
