My dear Fellow professionals, I thank you all, for unanimously electing me as a president of this August Association. I will always be grateful to each one of you for the confidence and  honour bestowed on me.

In the last 40 years, my predecessors have put in their best in bringing the Association to this height. Today the activities of PEATA  (I) are well known to various authorities like M.C.G.M. State and Central Government Offices, Civil Aviation department, and also to other institutions like MCHI, Indian Institute of Architects, Indian Institute of Interior Designers, American Concrete Institute, Builders Association of India, Federation of Accomodation Industry of India, etc. This could be achieved only because of the hard work put in by each one of you and under the able guidance of the seniors.

            While serving the Association as an executive committee member the experience and guidance of the seniors and executive committee members has built confidence in me and enriched my knowledge.

            I had an opportunity to work with past presidents Shri Sudhakar Dhokne, Shri Vijay Phulkar, Shri Jayant Vaidya and Shri R.C. Shah who have shared their knowledge and have helped me to carry on the activities of this Association.

            I know that it is not an easy task to work for an association of this high repute, but I am confident of carrying the activities to your satisfaction under the able guidance of I.P.P. Shri Sudhakar Dhokne and the cooperation of my team.

            On behalf of my team I assure you, we will make all the efforts to keep the flag of the association flying high.
